Jeff Neuman is a Founding Partner and Attorney at Daigle Law in Portland, Oregon, focusing his practice in the areas of Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Cannabis, Restaurant & Business Consulting, Retail, Digital Media & Technology, Small Businesses & Corporations, Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation assisting clients navigate the business and legal world for creatives, startups, individuals, small businesses and large corporations. Jeff also provides outside counsel contract services for larger firms throughout Oregon and has worked as a contract attorney with major Portland law firms including Markowitz Herbold P.C., Haglund Kelley LLP and Stewart Sokol & Larkin LLC. Additionally, Jeff was formerly an Associate at Betts Patterson & Mines P.S. While in law school, Jeff worked as a Certified Law Clerk at the San Diego Public Defender's Office, a Law Clerk at the Los Angeles County Office of Independent Review and interned in the United States Congress.

Before becoming a lawyer, Jeff worked as a Sous Chef for Mario Batali’s B&B Hospitality Group in Las Vegas, and as a cook for Tom Douglas’ Restaurants in Seattle.  He also has logged well over 1 million miles on the road touring the world with rock ‘n’ roll bands as a guitar tech, merchandise manager, tour manager and tour chef. Jeff is able to provide a unique service to the clients he works with because he is one of them.

Jeff continues to play music, manages bands as a Partner in Los Angeles-based Big Shack Management LLC, owns a Portland-based event production company called Newsman Productions LLC and is a restauranteur in the Midwest.

Jeff is also a Premier Member and Chapter Author in LexisNexis’ best-selling Anti-Money Laundering guidebook, “Money Laundering, Asset Forfeiture and Recovery and Compliance – A Global Guide” by William H. Byrnes, IV and Robert J. Munro.
